California Highway 1

Just about everyone who drives between
northern and southern California takes either Interstate 5 or U.S. 101.
I wasn't in a hurry on this trip, so I opted for the much slower coastal route, California Highway 1,
which I hadn't taken in about 20 years. It's
a spectacular drive and was well worth the
few extra hours. This is at
a vista point south of Big Sur.
