Vinegar Man
Roslyn,
South Dakota (August 2001)
One of the most intelligent, inspiring, and
articulate persons I met during my trip was Dr. Lawrence Diggs, a.k.a. "The
Vinegar Man." An expert in vinegar (don't laugh), Lawrence searched
far and wide across America for a home for his "International Vinegar
Museum," and settled in the small town of Roslyn, South Dakota. I
spent a few hours in his museum (again, don't laugh) and really had a blast.
