Grandmother's Kindergarten Pupil

As I described in the previous photo, I met a
delightful 87-year old woman in North Dakota named Hester Bailey who,
amazingly enough, was my grandmother's kindergarten pupil in 1921. My
grandmother died many decades ago, so meeting Hester was a real thrill for
me.
After looking through my grandmother's old photos, Hester recognized this
one of her as a 6-year old girl (circled). This was taken at the Canfield School,
which burned down a few years later.
