Arriving in Raro at 5 a.m.
Rarotonga,
Cook Islands (December 2001)
After spending six weeks in Bellingham,
Washington getting ready for my overseas trip, I hopped on a plane and
headed west. My first stop was the island of Rarotonga in the south
Pacific. I'd read great things about "Raro," so I decided to spend
about a week there before flying on to New Zealand. I wasn't
disappointed.
