I love highway signs, as you can probably tell from my website's logo (it's supposed to emulate a green road sign). A few years ago I bought an official "U.S. Route 66" highway sign, which I proudly hung on my bedroom wall – back when I had a bedroom wall. I took this picture in the Mojave desert on a scorching afternoon on my way to Las Vegas.
